On this page, you’ll find some of Tara’s favorite “becoming young” Ayurveda resources—schools, communities, books, references and products
Schools, Communities and Teachers
Shakti Ayurveda School – One of the finest Ayurveda schools in the world, offering a unique approach from the point-of-view of the Divine Feminine and Tantra Yoga. This is the school where Tara studies.
Lisa Marie Rankin’s Goddess Mystery School – This remarkable community offers several options for learning Goddess wisdom and Ayurveda. Tara is a member of the ongoing community, Enlivened.
Yoga Center of California – This long-established Yoga center in Costa Mesa, California, one of the first of its kind in the U.S. teaching all the main Yogas, is where Tara received her foundational training under the guidance of Guru and Master Sri Ramakrishna Ananda.
Cristal Mortensen – An expert in trauma and nervous system healing and somatic energy and experience, Cristal is the teacher of Tara’s teacher Katie Silcox as well as of Tara.
Osteostrong – This gym-like community offers a unique modality focused on literally increasing bone density. Tara increased the bone in her spine by 6.5% after less than a year of weekly visits. BTW, a lot of doctors barely believe this is possible after about age 75. There are Osteostrong locations all across the US. This link is to Tara’s local Osteostrong in Ashland, Oregon. Click the link and check out locations near you, or if you’re lucky enough to be near Ashland, go in this fabulous location for a free visit.
